Although Pinna Rossa has had a handful of different owners over the years, the focus has always been on serving great food to Florentines and tourists visiting the city.
The current owner opened the restaurant in the summer of 2022, together with his chef partner. Along with the entire staff, they constantly strive to renew and improve the overall experience for customers. Their approach? Offer the best ingredients, prepared with passion and presented with expertise.
